I think we all expect him to go to Barca/Madrid one day. Although that's just us probably being negative and preparing ourselves for disappointment.

I'd hope he enjoys playing with us too much to want to leave. I think he'd like to be a fans favourite, but with Oscar and Mata he's got alot of competition :p

I hope one day we're to that level of Barca/Madrid that he'd not have a reason to leave. Perhaps if Pep did come in who knows.

Well we haven't lost too many over the last decade to other 'more established' big sides, despite plenty of interest.........still you never know.

I just hope he developes his potential with us.

Barca will go down hill in a few years, and when Mourinho leaves Madrid the egos will kill them.

Us on the other hand, I can only see us growing and getting better over the next few years, so I wouldn't be surprised if Hazard/Oscar etc stay with us for a good lot of years.

This is not disrespect to Chelsea as you are CL holders but do you think he will still see you as a stepping stone to Madrid or Barca or do you think he will be with you for the longhaul

We are not arsenal, we havn't sold a key player to a rival team for years.

If he doesn't kick on then they won't want him and we can keep him as he is, providing he doesn't regress or prove to be a flash in the pan.

He's gonna be big though.

He has chosen the wrong team if he's doing that.

In the Roman Abramovic era we have never sold our best players despite interest from the likes of Real and Barca, the exception being Robben.

If we're being realistic Barca/Real will come knocking at some point. Our ability to keep hold of him depends on how well we are doing and the competitiveness of the league.

Real or Barca given Spain's current economic climate could not afford him in the next 3 years, beyond that possibly.

If Hazard does go to Real or Barca I for one won't begrudge him, it's the dream of any player to play for one of those two and all the best European players have done, so long as he leaves correct its fine with me. It will hurt but life goes on.

I'm optimistic that we can keep hold of him and he can become a CFC legend though

On a different note i love the way Oscar said he wants to emulate Terry and Lamps with us

ZZ knows a player when he see's one...especially in his own image..

Hazard will be going nowhere...unless a VERY silly bid comes in of course
