After seeing yesterday's Dortmund performance i can certainly see what a player Kagawa would have been for them.
Every Dortmund player had a telepathic understanding of his teammate's position before receiving the ball, sometimes it looked as if Dortmund have 13 players on the pitch.
I am sure Kag must be missing his old club, the way they play is exactly what would get the best out of him.
I really hope SAF liked what he saw yesterday and would try to bring some of the features of this magnificent Dortmund side's play to our own.

I remember the same being said about the Ajax team around ten yers ago.
For some reason, probably because they lost their best players, they never materialised into a great team.

VC, maybe mate, every year they seem to lose their best player, kagawa this year, and sahin the year before.
wouldnt surprise me if goetze was next to go.

I suppose you mean the team of the noughties from about 04? The one of Sneijder, VDV , Huntelaar?
Or the one of the mid 90s that when on to dominate Europe winning CL and going on that unbeaten run?

Gotze is different to Sahin and Kagawa, like most German he has no particular desire to leave the country, certainly not yet.

He is just a hybrid b/w a world class Right winger and a world class attacking midfielder.......

Gundogan is a better player than Sahin anyway from what I have seen of the two. Good as Sahin was at Dortmund, he's always lacked stamina.
Gundogan doesn't p my have an amazing range I passing but he also presses and wins the ball back very effectively!!

Gundogan has more dynamism but i prefer Sahin tbf. His passing range is nothing to be sniffed at.

Thats the one, from around 2001 until 2004. We heard nothing but how good and young they were, and they lost a few players and were pretty much how thay are now.
