So, the disaster continues apace. As it was always gonna if Venkys decided to stick with the assistant of the worst "manager" in football.
We seem to have gone from a free scoring free conceding disorganised mess to an unable to score, occasionally conceed disorganised mess. Its hard to remember watching a rovers team that actually plays to a rehearsed system and knows what its doing.
Venkys have dropped another clanger basically. They've had a week to get a new manager in who could inflate attendances above the disappointing 17000 today, who could jumpstart our promotion push and who could inject some much needed confidence into the club. But no, lets **** around for a while and chuck another 7 points down the drain.
We NEED a proper manager or Venkys need to look at
Rubbish

Hmmmmm.
Do you not have to sack your current manager first Borat?
Or is Coyle staying to show him around the place.

Nonsense - you want the right manager and sometimes that takes time

black is clueless, anyone else astounded by the etuhu substitution when we blatantly needed a goal. Maybe gomez was better a option. Not a fan of Rhodes either, he can't hold his own drink.

Colin Hendry is on Soccer AM this Saturday. Probably will be drunk so should be entertaining!

Very poor performance at weekend against an injury ravaged Wolves.
Black has had his chance now and if he is the answer then I really don't know what the questions is. Poor formations, tactics, selections, substitutions and a complete lack of guile, creativity and invention.
I am pleased he has identified and tried to address our defensive frailties, but clearly when things are not going to plan managment must have a plan B and the ability to positively affect the game.
There is no more time to waste. Black has had his chance, fair enough, but now it is time for a clean sweep and the install a qualified, competent and respected management team.

I do think that Venkies will stick with Black at least till say Christmas and all depending on results, could be longer,,take Saturdays game a draw was a fair result but we lost to a cracking goal, but what the Wolves game pointed out to me is that teams have now done there home work on us,,Hull,Leciester.Barnsley all came to attack us as much as we attacked them, however Boro,Wolves both came in an organised way,(basically defended) and again like against prem teams we had no answer and without a tactically minded manager we never will,so my prediction and i do hope i am wrong if teams continue to come and defend,i see us sliding down the league and very fast.Rhodes against Wolves looked very ordinary indeed.
