Davie Moyes has been awarded the September Manager of the Month award, well deserved Mr Moyes well done. It's the 9th time he's collected the award.
Shame that this now almost certainly guarantees QPR 3 points after the International break.

We could play teams off the park and win 1 out of 7 and fawn all over our manager cos he talks a good game in all fairness, but I'd think we'll leave our neighbours to do that

The thing is we're not playing that badly, in places we're electric.
If MU, MCFC or CFC win games whilst not dominating, they are praised for 'winning ugly', which is the mark of a good team apparently.
If I recall correctly, have we lost only one of our last 15 or so in the league?
Winning ugly or winning whilst steamrollering sides is irrelevant, it's the winning that counts.

mamba: how long should a "new system" take to develop then mate? What's involved in this process? Please share with the group your detailed knowledge on this subject, as it's obvious you consider yourself an expert in it.

I think pj's comments on us winning whilst playing poorly is a bit tongue in cheek as that is what some of our near neighbours fans are intimating

Ahh, yes, I see now. I'm at work and don't always have time to fully read into stuff...

My tongue is firmly planted in my cheek.
We have altered to an attacking system....with a squad many of our red neighbours enjoy telling us will finish below them in the league. However we are still picking up wins and putting in performances which has has rave reviews and reports that say we play a style of football Arsenal fans would like to watch.
But still, we don't use this change in style as an excuse to deflect attention from poor performances

^ no, you've got that wrong mate, the performances have been like Barcelona apparently it's just that the "system" hasn't yielded wins yet. They had 2 efforts on target against Stoke, same as Stoke had, Barca'esque it was.
