Looks like we may have found a couple of good prospects for next season, they all played well so far. Could be our season if we get off to a good start. we realy need a right back, lets hope the lad from Chelsea comes good.
Our only problem could be holding on to Robinson and co if they are successful

I like to get Simon Francis who failed to agreed terms with Bournemouth, but there might be a transfer fee with Charlton and I don't think Winkie would like that.

I've said numerous times about Marcel Seip, free agent, experienced, played with MKD at Argyle, wealth of League 1 and Championship experience, attack minded but very good defensively..
If you're reading Mitch - HAVE A LOOK!

Another 2 good signings today... O'Shea and McLoughlin. Both looked very good to me at St Neots and will be great assets to our club.
Robbo's signings this summer look and the whole team has strength in numbers now. I just hope we shoot a bit more from outside the box and have a pop more often than normal.
Looking foward to Spurs on Tuesday and the start of the season.

Its good to see the new players but we still need a first team right back and a tall defender (attacker as well?) in case Big Mac gets injured.
I looking forward to the new season but we need to get our defence sorted pronto.

Any one know of anymore signings coming into the club? Just got back from holiday so trying to catch up with all the gossip, signings, match reports and others! A right back is a must, but with this new rule of only 5 subs I think we dont need as many players now.

I'd happily have Woodards back if he's still unattached, provided that he'll sign the contract that was offered to him, if it's still on the table.
Our best RB of recent years despite the injuries, played 40+ times for us last season, and saved our skins by getting back much quicker than Deano can, on more than one occasion.

I must be in a minority who thought Woodards was an average player. Last season our thrashings came from wingers down our right and while the fault may not have been his alone (we were much more secure with Powell in front of him) I don't see him as a Championship player.
Saying that the position could become our Achilles heal if it isn't sorted as we have lost Jude as well so our cover is minimal.

But easily the best we've had there since Drissa though, no offence to Regan and Cummings...
I can remember getting worse thrashings last season (e.g away at Carlisle) when Gleeson was filling in at RB...
It has indeed been a weakness of ours for years, and it needs sorting finally as a priority, before the season starts.
