Poor Pletikosa was unable to show anything due to the fact that Celtic totally bossed the game. Looked mobile around his box, decent kicking and a bit of a presence but beyond that it was difficult to say.
Wanayama got 20 mins and looked a commanding big fella. Not much time to show much but had Cardiff players bouncing off him and seemed to have nice close control.
Overall decent run out for the team, Hooper looked a bit short of practice up front but Commons looked raring to go. Nothing to get over excited about, but nothing to worry us either. Hopefully Pletikosa, Wanayama and Mphela will get a chance to show us what they are all about over the next few games.

I agree hailparadise with that line up. hopefully pletikosa and mphela will show lenny enough to make the grade. wanayama i believe has been brought in to cover for kayal when he goes next season. would like to see another couple of faces brought in and more than a few bodies shipped out. overall very pleased that lennon seems to have identified the problems we can all see and is going about solving them.

Sjb got to disagree with the idea we could have had 3 or 4. Apart from Mulgrew's header we looked a bit paper up front. Agree with how we controlled the game and the passing while not being our very best was far superior to Cardiff's and at times they struggled to get close.

Dark skies,
Marshall made a great save from Hooper after a great one two with stokes, Mulgrew missed a sitter plus the goal makes 3....
Commons had a few decent efforts and maloney only had to play a simple pass to ledley for him to have had a sitter himself.
There was a lot of good build up play that we could have turned into great chances had we been a bit sharper.
Not saying we were great but we should have won by more than 1 goal.
I'm happy with the performance,
