New stadium. II

Ok, I have seen the previous article re the new stadium and there are some interesting points (and useless jibes)
However, I have a couple of questions. When did we start talking about the development of WHL? It seems to have been going on for years.
And, how long does it take to get the damn thing built? Once planning had been accepted (3 years ago?) not one brick has been laid.

Lot of talk, but precious little else.

I'm beginning to doubt it'll ever get build.
