Facebook question

Totally off topic (hey if everyone else can do it why cant I?) but on my facebook page I was trying to remove a post but instead I hid it from my timeline. It was my 'runtastic' app which record all my runs and post them to facebook. Anyway, does anyone know how to unhide it so I can start seeing them again?

Facebook is so frickin' useless and not very user friendly and I cant find the answer anywhere.

is there not an app settings that you would be able to edit?

You can go onto your timeline and actually delete the post mate, just the same way as what you do when hiding it from your timeline
