Diick Pound, the former president of the World Anti-Doping Association, said the UCI could have made greater efforts to have caught drug-taking cyclists.
Have to say I can't argue with Diick Pound and believe that Diick Pound is 100% right.
Saying that I'm sure that I read somewhere that the last place that had Diick Pound in there was a huge mess left to clean up after he had finished.
Do you think the cycling world would have been a better place had they got a Diick Pound in?
Also Why am I not allowed to type his name correctly?

This is all very well, but if Bradley Wiggins is a mod, why has he got those big sideburns? I don't remember mods having sideburns at all. I think skinheads had sideburns in the late '60s, but not mods.
Anyway, isn't he a bit old to be a mod? I thought mods were a 'youth culture'. Of course, being 'youths' they would be incapable of growing sideburns, which strengthens my argument.
And another thing. Mods rode scooters, not pushbikes. He wouldn't look very 'cool' riding along the front at Clacton on THAT thing.

Diick, or Richard William Duncan Pound to his mates, would surely be the right man to fill any hole in any organisation.
I agree that it should have been easier for the UCI to catch them. They've got Skodas for a kick off. OK maybe downhill the push bikes would get the better of them but it's all down to planning.
