Samurai wielding madman taserred by cops.
Blind man in his sixties, tapered by cops, who mistook his White stick for a samurai sword. They responded to a call from a member of public reporting sword carrying thug.
Whit chance huv we goat, when our boys in blue canny between a sword an a stick.

Son, if it wiznae so serious it would be extremely funny. But it is a topper.
