GFH - posted yesterday
On June 14th GFH Capital loaned £2m to Leeds City Holdings by way of a Mortgage of Shares. All shares in LUFC were used as collateral
reading the wording of this statement seems to suggest that leeds city holdings now own all the shares of lufc, how else could the loan be secured on 'All shares in LUFC'?
more ambiguity?

Joe - they used all the shares as collateral just as you use all your house as collateral for a mortgage even though you might only borrow 80 % of it's value. If you default they can then take your house off you to get their money back. Not sure where that leaves Bates to be honest.

LIW, when somebody calls me a name like that, I have to complain, if it gets them banned, it's their fault - you know how I feel about that word... I'd never normally complain for the sake of it mate, you know me better than that mate...
we have a laugh calling each other vile names, but that word, he used it, not me
