Not very clever of them as only £2m of the £6m seems to be secured against anything. Moreover, it's possible the other £4m could be classed as a gift, never to be repaid.
Are they really that unsavvy?

It's a valid question Stoopo...but my questioning
whether you have the qualification to ask such
questions is also valid! You're a punter, you're not on
the board of directors or privy to policy...is that right?
Yes I do understand!

Bates and the former owner of GFH (until recently) have 2 or 3 things in common which leave me convinced they've 'known' about each other for longer than just since June 2012.
Put it this way, just for starters they are both highly familiar with Cayman Island companies and it would seem both like to dabble in libel lawsuits; ie live on the edge of legality.
But for now, we watch this space; personally I'm so tired of Ken Bates' involvement with Leeds United, almost anything that doesn't take the club backwards sounds pretty promising right now!!
