Brook v Saldivia - Sky are trying their best to make out this is a tough contest but looking at Saldivia's record he has not fought anyone world class and has mainily fought in Argentina and has been K'O'd twice. I'm going for a 6th round technical knockout win for Brook.
Garcia V Morales - Controversial fight as Morales failed 2 drug tests but then migically passed the 3rd drug test. Boxing needs to sort this drug issue as its damaging the game. Last fight was close and this could be too. I'm going Garcia on points just.
Bailey V Alexander - Brook is supposed to fight the winner and i think and I think Alexander will win this title against the old timer via 9th round K.O.
Malignaggi V Cano - This was a world title fight but Cano did not make weight so the fight will go ahead but Paulie will keep his WBC belt. Don't know much about Cano other than his only defeat was against Morales but he's young at 23.

Looks like Alexander V Brook unless Eddie Hearns tries to worm out another none title fight so he can make some money out of another packed Sheffield arena.
Garcia's stock will also have risen after K.Oing Morales in just 4 rounds. Can't see him bothering with Khan but maybe someone like Rios would be a great fight unless he decides to step up.

Vik - You hit the nail on the head. My thoughts exactly.
Brook is another overhyped British Boxer who's fought a bunch of nobodies. You say you can only beat what's in front of you, but you weren't saying that when Khan fought bums?

Looks like Khan and Hatton not losing any sleep over Brook:
"Well done Kell," Khan tweeted. "Did what he had to. Time to move up in game. He's been saying this for the past 10 fights. Before you think of fighting me or Ricky [Hatton], PROVE yourself (against someone in the top 50)."
Meanwhile, Ricky Hatton has also raised doubts over the quality of Saldivia, who had only been beaten twice before stepping into the ring with Brook.
"Made up for Kell, good confidence-boosting performance," Hatton tweeted. "I never saw him struggling tonight to be honest. Saldivia had only boxed once outside of Argentina, two losses both stoppages in first and fifth round, and not against anyone of note.

Hopefully Brook fights Alexander next, wins that and then goes and destroys Khan

Agree Vik, Brook has to beat Alexander or his whole career will have just been a joke. The next fight has to be a title fight against a quality opponent so we can see if he is actually the real deal or just a overhyped average fighter. I personally think he is the real deal and have always said it and i do and don't agree with how he has been managed. Fair enough he has been eased in gently and has a lot of experience under his belt but he should have made this step up a year or two ago

This division could get very interesting with Pauli Malinaaghi retaining his belt yesterday and he has said that he would like to fight Hatton again. If Hatton wins his fight we could see this happen early next year.
Back to Brook, he might fancy Alexander who was mediocare against old man Bailey. Alexander is not the most powerful and was a junior welter so Brook will be the bigger man no doubt. I still think Eddie Hearn will try and delay the fight up until summer as he's making some good money packing Sheffield venues.

Annoyingly enough Hearn actually said he's looking to get the world title fight in the summer lol

Not suprised about Hearn cos today he's talking about how both Brook and Khan can make £2m each if they fight each other. He's just thinking about the £££ and not Brook's ambition to be a world champ.
