If he was a Titanic character he would be: The Iceberg- Nobody is going to beat this mother fooker.

The last tournament was a disaster for Kent, a player of his calibre should not be exiting in the group stages and he will be desperate to put things right this time, which he will.

At last he finally gets a team to suit his abilities and will romp this group good and proper, the only pitfall will come in the final against SpursBoy, having beat SpursBoy already (albiet in extra-time) he is only one to taste victory against him and I back him to repeat that in normal time.

Tyke

Team: Grasshopper

If he was a Titanic character he would be: Jack Dawson – Will end up drowning at some point.

A bad, bad time last out saw me collect the wooden spoon in group A with just a solitary win. A good solitary win it was, but still very disappointing effort all round. Things might be a bit better this time with Grasshopper, but it is not certain.

Looking at the group it is tight between me, Sant, TBK and Comu any four of us could get the second spot for the honour of losing to SpursBoy, but I’ll take that honour and progress.

Santi

Team: Thun

If he was a Titanic character he would be: Jack Dawson’s mate – They both die at some stage.

Another newcomer to the tournament, long overdue mind always wanted to see how he would do in one of these. Having been drawn the mighty FC Thun I don’t think he will impact it much.

As mentioned before he will be involved in a tight battle between himself, Tyke, TBK and Comu. He is a handy player that can cause anybody trouble I just think his inexperience will count against him, with a better team though he could make big impacts on future tournaments.

TBK

Team: Sion

Odds: 6 - 1

If he was a Titanic character he would be: The crew member who let off the fireworks – has a great plan, but it won’t work.

TBK is the final newcomer in the tournament and another welcome addition to the fold. He is always in the background laughing at TopLad when he inevitably failed so let’s see if he is laughing at the end of this one.

Without sounding like a stuck record he will be involved in the aforementioned battle between himself, me, Santi and Comu.

If he was a Titanic character he would be: That dude who fails to warn them about the iceberg

Having made a great debut last tournament only losing out to SpursBoy in the final, Comu will be hoping to go one better this time, but I can't see it myself.

Due to the pull-out of Tez Marino, Comu has now been entered into a group which was already tight and has just been made a whole lot tighter! I think Comu will miss out on the semi-final this time, but will put up one hell of a fight.
