Shebby's Statement

So the last remaining Venky puppet with even a shred of popularity loses it. What an absolute plonker.

This is for Shabby - Just because you are too incompetent/lazy to hire an experienced manager who may take some effort and persuasion to come, don't expect us fans to settle for a Steve Kean mark 2. We obviously know far more about football than you and your employers, so don't try and bull**** us you farcical, clownish muppet.

Well i do think he has a point in truth,fans should just let the process of choosing a manager take its course,i have always thought that a section of our fans do go ott on various comments they make,nope i am with Shebby on this,i have said this before , at times i feel ashamed to be a Rovers fan with some of the antics of a section of the fans.

So we're not allowed to give our opinions on the ludicrous coaches (not managers) that Venkys are approaching? If they'd had their way then Tim Sherwood would have been our manager for about a week by now. If you don't care about another 2 years of utter dross under another then thats your perogative. But personally I'd like us to actually get back in the Premiership before our parachute payment money runs out and consigns us to this division for decades.

You can give your oppinion if want,for what its worth that is,i can give my oppinion as well,,and it may surprise you this one,,so can Shebby and maybe for once he can do it without making girls crying in there milk,

To be honest, Shebby needs to learn to keep quiet on certain issues. He is making himself look more of a fool each and everytime he comments.

Regarding the manager situation, surely the owners and management at the club should have learnt, after Kean, that hiring a coach instead of an experienced manager is going to turn away a large section of the fans again. Most fans I know want a man who has experience at doing a GOOD job (or an exciting young manager who has done well at a club previously) after Kean and it seemed obvious to me that this would be the line of inquiy to persue if I was the owners. It was a perfect opportunity to get everyone Rovers related; fans, owners and players to be singing from the same song sheet, but once again they seem to have blown it

Black is terrible, and so we need an appointment and fast, I know the owners are not known for there speedy nature, but time is slipping away, and the longer they take, the less chance we have of getting back up at the first attempt. You would think they would act quickly, seeing the investment they have put into the team this season (whether it is a good investment considering the money is a different debate all together), but hey, thats the owners for you.

Sort it out please and keep your mouth shut if you only have foolish things to say, that are quite obviously going to continue to alienate the supporters.

I have had enough of these crackpots!There is not one person with experience or know how,its just one big never ending story that gets worse by the day.They dont deserve our support.They have connived and tricked their way all along to rip the heart and soul out of our club.I am really disgusted with the whole lot of them!

As Venky's made an idiotic decision last time, then wound the fans up by giving him pay rises and stating he was unsackable - no wonder opinions are being voiced.

I'm not sure people are suggesting they have the nous to appoint a great manager but maybe just maybe we know more about football than Shabby and the Venkys.

Furthermore, McKinlay is another Scottish violent drunk, we've seen enough of them thanks!
