I for one was pleased when he was appointed but match by match i'm losing faith in him. His style of football is dire and his team set ups and subs are as bad. We look a million miles from promotion, we can't pass a ball for sh*te.
We would be hammered in the premier league playing like this.
If the potential owners come in and have big plans as they say, the first thing they should be looking for is a manager who plays football and not hoofball.
Is Warnock the man to take us forward ?

Forgot to mention we are still in the cup, another positive. I fancy us to beat Southampton next Tuesday and reach the 1/4's. Would be hard for any other manager to make a bigger success of this season so far.
Warnock also signed up White and Lees to longer deals and Byram is getting a chance so potential for the future. Also notice Bury won tonight with Poleon in the starting 11.

Tbh
Signing white and lees to long term deals looks good because it young players
But they are both dreadfull.
I can understand why we have but both will never good enough

I agree with a lot of people's views that maybe we needed a better or more experienced CB to partner Pearce and probably see Lees drop to the bench (would be decent cover for RB as well). However at just 21 i am glad we signed him up.
I wanted to see White develop at LB. His goal against Everton was decent, but don't expect him to do that sort of thing consistently.
Both are probably not promotion class at this time, but if they had been allowed to leave, i don't think we would have found any better.

Pearce is just has bad as lees
Need two centre halfs
Tbh am really disppointed regards white, always been a big fan and defended him.
Not having a set position hasn't helped
But in four years he hasn't improved one bit, how many good he had, hardly any.
But having pace(and he ain't this quick) isn't enough, he just clueless on the ball

Its the worst I've seen for a long time. What's worse is that wholesale changes are required to move this club forward including the management.
We were bereft of ideas and the players clearly aren't up to the task or willing to step up a gear.
Shocking. Why I went back is beyond me.

Yorkie playing well against Everton means nothing really, lots of teams raise their game in cup matches when playing better opposition. Histon and Colchester for example.
My concerns with NW are that he keeps playing players out of position and apart from Peltier playing well at centre back they have all been crap.
I agree with LIW about Aidy White, he is bench material at best.
Also agree Sir Kenneth about Byram but i feel he is wasted playing right back.
I don't dislike NW in fact i quite like the guy but his football is so yesterday and not the way forward.
Here's hoping for a massive improvement against the Brum and 3 points.
Also hope he gives Hall some game time soon to see if can give us something. Warnock was bulling him up on LUTV saying how he was skinning people and leaves him on the bench when we're crying out for some attacking flair.

Think that's one issue with him on the wing, he's quick in relation to the rest of our team, but probably not often much quicker than the opposition. At least with someone like Theo Walcott, whose ability on the ball isn't that great, you know he's going to be miles faster than the opposition.
I did like the use of his pace at full back though where he could get forward and still track back quickly to cover his man or if a centre half lost their man. Warnock obviously thinks he lacks something there, whether that be positioning, or not aggressive enough the tackle/strong enough i'm not sure.
