Who was the best player tonight

In my opinion Ambrose proved he has the quality to be a top drawer player. Wilson continued with his massive improvement this season and took it to a new level.

For my money, the man of the match was Forster. he was outstanding against one of the best attacks in the world. To deny Messi the way he did is truly world class.

Other mentions should go to Lustig, Izzy and Victor. All of them put in a shift worthy of Champions League players.

Wanyama is an obvious target for some top Premiership teams, so many of them calling out for a dominant Central Midfielder.

I'd be surprised to see him with us past January, unfortunately that's the position we're in as long as we're in the SPL

Joe,

i think we have a long way to go before we can say we are even close to Barca. Will be interesting to see how Lennon lines them up at home. Hope Sammy will be ok? Big Vic not getting a card was a big bonus

Thisishardcore, how much do you reckon they would be willing to pay? He cost us nearly 900k, do you think we can make a profit here?

Well done tonight bhoys Didn't see the game because of work and listened to Chelsea on the radio as they are my preferred English team.

The score speaks for itself and a 94th minute goal is sickening for any fan on the wrong end. Try and enjoy the rest of your night and at least you are getting a Euro adventure.

Haha, you're joking Rickboy?

He's a towering Centre Mid who scores with his head, scores from range, and breaks up everything.

With 2+ years left on his contract and unbelievably young age I would be surprised if he didn't become our new record transfer out of CP.

"Haha, you're joking Rickboy?"

You are right Hardcore (I was joking), I think this guy could achieve the record fee for any SPL player. If he continues the way he is playing' and Celtic get to the last 16, I can see him bringing us in a fair wad of cash, enough to clear all debts and purchase a few young players in the same mould.

Remember, Ki went for around 7 mil, this guy could easily double that figure.

Ki went for £4m, Rickboy. I would imagine big vic will go for 10-12m??

So much potential.

Are you sure? BBC reported the fee to be 6 million but others have reported it as higher. I reckon he was worth a lot more than 4m.

Either way I think Vic will be in the mid to high teens.

Wanyama stood out. He was a colossus. Broke play up superbly and broke brilliantly too. I really hope we get him on a new long term deal. Don't want to sell him
