Phenomenal showing from the big goalkeeper last night. The save he made to deny Messi's header was stunning. I hope he gets some proper recognition from the national team now with not just inclusions in the squad but game time as well.
Hart is a great goalkeeper, but he's not perfect and does make more errors than the media tend to document, but that's our media for you isn't it. I still think he's a step below the select group of the worlds truly top goalkeepers like Buffon and Casillas, and certainly needs competition at international level to reach those heights, and I think Fraser Forster is more than good enough to challenge him.
I think Newcastle United could really regret letting Forster go in a year or two's time. He's got all the tools to be a top, top goalkeeper, and allowing him to sign permanently for Celtic could be a big mistake. (Literally, given Forsters nothing short of giant 6 foot 7 frame!)

His save from messi's sliding in attempt was the best one imo
the big man is a smashing keeper but not quite in Joe harts mould as of yet

He's not far off Hart at all. Hart just gets talked up more

Forsters a year younger than Hart, and It looks like Hart will not be playing european football after christmas.
This could work in forsters favour because celtic are second in their group with 2 home games left to play.
If he keeps performing like that and hart has a poor run of form then I think he will get his chance. If he grabs that chance then Hart may find it harder to hold on to the number 1 jersey.
16 shots on target from barcelona and he saved 14, quite impressive.
