Stan had to walk into ours

Really not his fault when the players look like they couldn't give a toss.

Do you really need that answering, lefty?

Stan is a super but our last two performances have nothing to do with him.
We've created one chances in our last two games ffs, can you believe that?! That's ****ing ridiculous.

But that's the problem.
'The' players, aren't 'the' players that we could, and probably should have playing for us.
So, is it Stan's fault?
Largely it is.

Stan breeds mediocrity, just look at his other teams.

You wanna hear something mildly amusing... even to me?
At FT all I could muster was a 'meh'.
Two hours later and I'm quietly seething.

But if the players tried to attack, they would surely have made the Schalke keeper work more? That's all I can ask of the team, to have a go at the opposition, but atm, I am seeing zero initiative. Our passing is so laborious it's crazy, frustrating, maddening, I feel like punching my own guts when I see it.
Rant over

I was strangely not too bothered when they scored both their goals, really weird.
Not happy now though.

I was strangely apathetic when they scored their goals aswell tbh, I think it's because the players didn't care enough to have a go.
Whe the players don't care, I don't care, simple as. They'll get my sympathy when they have a good bash at the opposition.

It was going to happen eventually. Constantly trading down. Swapping good players for poor ones. The latest one to be shown the door - Walcott. To make a profit for Stan. To make space for CEO wages.
There comes a point when club cannot out perform its quality of players. We have reached it. RVP and Walcott carried us last year. I was extremely worried when we didn't sign a top class striker. And that was when I expect the club to come to an agreement with Theo. The only one with experience of scoring goals in the premiership. All the negotiation talk -lies by the board. Arsene lied. Hill-Wood told the truth and no one could believe his half-baked nonsense was true.

So we are now a mid-table premiership team.
