and other leagues can boast many players joined theres leagues when they were world class
i guess its how you define world class but i think if your in top 3 players in world in your position your world class

What about Juan Veron ?
When he went to Utd he was considered one of if not the best central midfielder in world football.
Didn´t work out so well for Veron in English football but he was a world class player for Lazio.

Marcel Desailly was world class when he came to us (the best bit is we sold doobs to leeds and used the money to pay for Marcel and still had 700,000 left over)
