Paterson signs on for the Season

I agree. He is a good signing. I did doubt him a little at first but his work rate, skill and intelligence as a footballer is quite apparent when watching him. I hope that does not tail off now he has got his contract.

He took his goals well at Rochdale and at home to York. He must start hitting the net more to improve his current goals / game ratio. For the record, these are the league stats for our strikers (listed in deadliest first order) from that reliable source Wiki.

Got to agree with you guys. Paterson has been excellent from the games i have seen, and as GR keeps saying, something completely different to the other strikers at the club.

A few more goals would have been good, but he has been unlucky with some incredible goal line clearances at both Gills and against Port Vale. His enthusiasm is there for all to see. Fingers crossed a winner.
