Should it be foud he has done wrong. Punish him.
If they are lying, and i think it will be found they are or at least being incredibly stupid, they should be docked points.

Relying on the fact that Valencia was booked for diving is a bit thin on the ground. That booking was clearly a a "levelling up" exercise by Calttenburg after realising he'd dropped a b***ock with the Torres 2nd yellow.
And no, Torres shouldn't have been sent off for the high boot, both players looking at the ball, if you're going to complain about players going for those I think you are watching the wrong sport!

How convenient
Wasn't Mikel already on a yellow when he fouled Valencia?

It's actually quite hillarious that you are playing down a chest high stud challenge with comments like we are watching the wrong game but then you play up a challenge where there was almost no contact but your player then dived faking a hurt knee
I'm amazed you typed that with a straight face

A "chest high stud challenge" are we talking about the same incident?
I've never said Torres hadn't gone down easy, I'm saying it has to be applied consistently, Ashley young ended up with one of his leg at a right angle and was appealing for a red before he hit the ground. Can you honestly tell me it was a natural position for someone to be in if they have been clipped?

Did you actually watch the game? As a chest high stud challenge was exactly what it was. Torres' studs went into Cleverley's chest. These is no question about that. Try watching the incident again, then we might take you more seriously.

Don
As you were struggling to see the contact that Ivanovic made made on Young I have found you a clearer video than the one you posted earlier. At the 30 second mark you can clearly see Ivanovic's left feet catch Young's heel. If you care to watch the whole video you will see that Young is not already claiming for the red card before he even hits the ground. You will see that he slides with his hands out for a few metres, then turns around with his arms outstretched asking for a freekick. At no point does he wave an imaginary card. Bear with me, I'll see if I can find you a video of the Torres challenge on Cleverley to prove that point wrong too.

Quite clearly a chest high studs challenge.

Nothing with going for them so long as you don't endanger your fellow professionals!!
Shawcross only had eyes for the ball once and he broke some bodies leg. That Torres challenge , malicious or not, could have broken some bodies ribs.
