Nervous ?

The rot happened last season. I was more nervous towards the end of McLeich's rein; it looked like we weren't going to get anything from any match. Truly awful. Losing both Young and Downing didn't help. But it was a lot more than that.

At the moment we're bumping along at a fairly low level. But I reckon we'll improve. We've only lost the one match, Everton, at home; I think we'll be getting more home wins and also picking up more from away matches. I've got more faith in the defence, even though there's been the odd blip, we've got more forwards to choose from than for a long time, and although the midfield needs work on it's shown that there is the potential there.

Remember, we didn't lose the last match, we drew. Expectations are rising. Which they should.
