So disappointed in the Premier League

After all the smoke has settled does anyone else just feel so disappointed in the English game and the Premier League after Sunday´s fiasco ?

I won´t call it an actual football match because it was anything but.

I don´t mind losing to Utd or any team for that matter if it´s a fair and square game. I´m not a bad loser and I certainly don´t expect to win every game.

But Sunday´s fiasco has left such a bad taste in my mouth I´m not sure I´ll ever view the Premiership in the same light ever again.

Clearly something is amiss in the English game. I don´t want to start making claims without evidence but you only have to look at the game on Sunday to know that something is very wrong.

Millions of people around the world witnessed the fiasco on Sunday and from what I can gather the general reaction has been one of universal disgust and disbelief.

The British media can try and paint over and play down the horror show that was the game on Sunday all they like but they cannot change what millions of people around the world saw with their own eyes.

The reputation of the Premier League took a huge blow on Sunday, no doubt about that.

Are the FA going to investigate Mark Clattenburg´s actual refereeing perfomance on Sunday ?

If not why not ?

"We're not talking about the match a few years ago (where Chelsea benefitted from numerous dubious calls and scored a goal that was illegal for 4 seperate reasons)"

Even if it was 40 separate reason's, it was karma for what Evans did to Didier

"He was also very stupid to dive "

He didn't dive the thug studded him, want to see a dive? Ashley Young kicking his foot into Ivan and falling over should do it

Kings Road. He did dive. He was barely touched, then threw himself to the ground, whilst holding a knee that was never hurt. You can argue all you like but he got what he deserved, maybe just a little later than he should have. As for Young, he was clearly fouled and also went down easily. However he hadn't been booked previously, so not as stupud an act, and he didn't feign injury either.

As for Ivanovic, he's been getting away with his "clumsy" fouls all season. About time he was duly punished.

" However he hadn't been booked previously"

He (aswell as Welbeck) hasn't been booked for diving at all, despite embarrassing antics that put Tom Daley in the shade.

I was referring to previously in the game on Sunday. If you can't see that diving and feigning injury, when already booked for a tackle that fully deserved a red card, is stupid then I'm wasting my time.

You are wastng your time, for every indescretion made by a Chelsea player you think someone won't come up with a counter accusation?

Maybe so JFDI, but the fact that these indescretions took place at all and not all were punished by big bad Mark Clattenburg does damage the conspiracy theories being bandied around by Chelsea fans. Now, can you please ask Gary Cahill to return Jonny Evans's shirt?

I no more believe there are comspiracy theories than I believe the propaganda thrown at my club, nor am I interested in proving useless points.

Cahill tried it on...didn't fit...it'll be in the post...most of it
