If you are the reading manager. The problem with small teams is their weak mentality. The reading side had opportunity to score six or seven. Did not. I think most small teams actually need more psychologicall boost to be aggresive and ruthless. How about wenger time

Reading gifted them the match. Plus the ref, should have given Reading a penalty at 4-1 up and should have sent of Koscielny. Ref bottled it.

Reading got what they deserved for spending 50 minutes playing out time. It's a cliche that has spilled over into an unwritten rule that teams should run the ball into the corner flag when defending a lead. But they tend to lose the ball very quickly anyway. All this mentality does is encourage the opponent to attack them, as they know that even if they are hit on the break, the opposition will only head for the corner flag anyway. Of course, this is all tied into weak mentality.
