Just read "Paddysbarnett" regarding John Gosden. If you go onto the racing post website you can easily check his results over the last 5 years. Paddy, unless you have been selectively backing his 4 yo and upwards, or have been very lucky in the ones you pick then you would be seriously out of pocket.
Following him blindly, backing all his runners over the last 5 years would have lost you approx. £200 for every £1 staked, (i.e. if you had an even £10 on each of his runners, you would be £2,000 down).
Having said all that, I'm not saying that Nathaniel can't win tomorrow, but it is a big ask for a 3 yo against proven group 1 older horses.
Good luck to all that back him!

Backed him too, £10 on the nose @ 13/2 but heyho, its only a bet. If it wins it means I can stay out all day after the game.

Been giving this race some thought ( see the earlier thread). Workforce will win it but will be short priced favourite so nobody will be fleecing bookies. I've bailed out of backing Nathaniel and trust I will be proved correct
