Which was/is your favourite Final Fantasy?

Yes PS1 although you can get it on PSStore for PS3 and Vita now.

It took me ages to get PS1 games working on my phone so I should be allowed.

Although if I really wanted to show off then I could mention that I got N64 games working on my PSP

7 for me was and probably still is the best game I have ever played. 8 and 10 also up there but didn't rate 9. tried to get into the most recent one and didn't like it much.

7 has recently been re-released as a pc download through square enix. it has not aged well graphics wise but still extremely playable and the story is of course as good as ever. will play on any old pc nowadays so you don't need a high spec computer and was only about a tenner.

And of course all of us dream of the day when they release FF7 with super graphics.

Definitely try 7, 8 and even 9

IV then probably VII, XIII and X.

Definitely 7 very very closely followed by 9. I enjoyed 4, 5, 8 and 10 (still not completed 6) but I found 12 to be the biggest pile rubbish I've ever played in my life.
