Kevin de Bruyne is a CENTRAL MIDFIELDER.
Not a winger.
Not a no. 10.
He will most likely play in the pivot for us.
He only played on the wing for Genk against us due to injuries.
Can we just get one thing cleared up.

He is a young versatile player, what's wrong with that?

He´s Lampard´s long-term replacement in central midfield

I'm not sure if Chelsea are quite sure where he will end up, I really don't think there is too much rush, he'll come back next season as a squad player and I'm sure he'll get chances in three different postions as he's asked to fill in, where he excels he may well hold down a place.

De Bruyne is like Oscar in that he works very hard and covers a lot of ground. When I've watched him play for Bremen his defensive work has been fine in general

I thought he was better as an AM rather than more of a DM. His strength his going forward, not defending
But CM is where he seems to be best.

I see DeBruyne as the more attacking player in a midfield 2.So basically where Lampard currently plays.
DeBruyne has an excellent long range shot on him just like Lampard and I genuinely think that DeBruyne has the ability to take over from Frank in the next season or two.
