..I actually thought it was a good performance.
But again many have their opinions that good passing football and no end product isn't good enough (Evidently or we'd have won 100-0 tonight if you got goals on posession) which is understandable, but performance wise 11 players, plus Alli, looked like they actually gave a lot of effort tonight. Lacked the cutting edge in the final 3rd obviously, which is the biggest disappointment.
I dunno...It's frustrating...And I agree it's hard to watch sometimes. But, I didn't think it was all that bad tonight.
Cambridge result..

There are always positives if you look for them.

To be honest yesterdays game was no different to any of the games over the last month.
The possession was better because we were playing an inferior team, they had no midfield.
I was hoping Lowe might score a few but alas no.
I cannot understand how we can have so many shots off target or how we can be so poor at corners.
Quite simply if we cant score from open play we MUST score from set pieces.
I am sorry to sound like a broken record, but if we dont get a goalscorer, preferably two there is no chance of us being promoted this season.

Good try, but that's not the same thing, considering that Histon were only in the Conference at the time, and Leeds were 2 leagues above them.
37 shots and you couldn't score past Cambridge City.

Sheesh, I quite agree, I reckon that Cambridge needn't have bothered coming out for the second hlf and MK Dons still wouldn't have scored.
Robbo needs to put the team on a pay by goals basis, mind you he would have to hand out food parcels because this lot would starve.
