you can talk all you like about systems, but the bottom line is Spurs in the space of four days have lost to Norwich and Wigan with a variety of players involved. Now Spurs have failed to beat Norwich in two games this season, something seriously wrong there, when they have shipped goals to pretty well every team they have played this season. And Wigan were beaten at home by Bradford four days ago, a team that is in the bottom tier of the leagues.
Now surely that must tell us all that the present Spurs team is just not very good, and we have to hope that the core of our injured players get fit pretty soon. And if Lloris and Adebeyor cannot get in the current Spurs first XI, then something tells me they never will.
OK now that the dust has settled

A week is a long time in football. And yes we were up there, and still are, it is just I assumed AVB would have half a dozen of our injured players back by now. I cannot legislate for management selection decisions.

Harry back. I have heard it all now. Shut up you clowns, Harry lost the sort of games AVB is losing, but on a more regular basis. I will judge AVB when he has a full team to pick from like Harry did.

Least we actually played free attacking football under Harry, and created chances after chances. With AVB we are ridiculously toothless upfront, and we defend like absolute rEEEEtards whenever we go in front.
It's just pathetic.

On a more regular basis? he was in the job for over three years
AVB has been in it for 3 months and we're already playing the worst football I've seen since before Harry. We just can't afford to lose games like Norwich and Wigan. At home.

I thought you guys were challenging for the title the other day
====================
Havent you heard, the rules have changed for AVB.
Target for Harry = 4th.
Target for magician, super tactician AVB = 6th.
Amazing how the goal posts have changed isnt it?

Lets have it right today was a poor performance and to be honest it was as bad as performance as I can remember for a long time.why did Avb take jd off and leave Dempsey on ?. Too soon to start the calls for Avb to go but I don't want to sit there and watch any more dross like I did today

The difference is...you cld see what the team were trying to in redknapps defeat....
Today....I have no clue of the tactics...and it looked to me like the players had no clue of the shape or pattern of play...
Last yrs loss....was a backs to the walls smash and grab...
Today it was easy for Wigan....it wldnt have been unfair if it had been 2 or 3....
They were the only team that looked liked scoring...

Exactly.
It doesnt make either result right but at least you can have faith in a team who are the better side & should win a game, rather than a team who were never going to win that.
AVB's record in the Prem is 6 wins in his last 15 - this is relegation form.
