Disappointing loss today, surprised at how we got dominated in the midfield area. I don't think its a coincidence that our recent slump in form has coincided with the injury of Diaby. Yes Diaby has his flaws, most notably hogging the ball for longer than necessary but he gives the team a well needed physical presence. We sorely lack this atm as well as his ability to break up play and turn defence into attack within seconds. Any news on when he is returning?
I'm still keeping the faith in this Arsenal team. Everybody has written us off but weren't Chelsea written of last season and look how that turned out. I think we should get behind the team and assess our position come end of the season. If we are trophy-less again then questions should be asked of Wenger but atm lets keep the faith. COYG

We've persisted with dross like denilson in the past and ramsey atm so surely Frimpong a die hard Gunner with genuine talent deserves a chance. He'll provide that physical presence our mf is lacking atm.

I'm pretty sure we're still paying part of Denilson's wages.
It's the main reason they haven't been able to afford to sign him outright.
Next summer he'll be down to the last year of his contract with Arsenal, (yeah, I know!) and it's anticipated they'll finally sign him permanently then.
Providing Wenger doesn't offer to extend his contract as a final "up yours" to the club before going to manage PSG.

What ? Diaby has barely played at all, admittedly this season he has appeared a man transformed when he has been fit - but the breeze only has to turn in the wrong direction and Abou pulls a hamstring...

please stop with this diaby rubbish, yes he's good when he's on form, but he can be just as bad as our numties when not on form. Also and a big point is he never plays, so what is there to miss?
