It's about BR saying that Luis Suarez plays in a similar role, for us, that Messi does for Barca. The story is so inaccurate that its invited comments (the only story with a comment section attached this morning) ridiculing BR for 'comparing Suarez to Messi'. It's a complete misrepresentation of what BR has actually said.
What happened to the BBC being impartial? The stories coming from their website lately has been the stuff you expect from The Star or that other horrible rag beginning with S.
I'm not saying there's a conspiracy, but IMO this change in standards has co-incided with the move from London to Salford. Is this down to a change in personnel?
The BBC used to be a credible website for football related news.

They used to be quite reliable, from what I remember.
We pay for the Beeb, through our licence fee. Therefore they have an obligation to report impartially. Not stir up the proverbial and then see the mocking comments come rolling in.

I picked up on this last week when the reporter refused to accept that it was an onside goal wrongly disallowed last week.
It's become so pathetic and that's upset me. I genuinely prefer goal.com these days.
