Changes for Bristol City

I like everyone else was very disappointed with another lethargic, awful home performance. This has happened too many times at home this season and we are only in November!!

Clark has promised to make changes but what will he do.....

I think Diop needs to start in place of Mullins alongside Morrison.

And as for Mullins, what does this bloke do??? Can't run, can't pass, can't tackle, and this is a central midfielder!! How he continually gets picked is beyond me.

We cannot play Elliott wide left, has no pace, cannot beat a man and always comes inside or goes back to Murphy and Murphy is always on his own with no option but to go long to the usually offside Marlon King (think it was 6 times he was caught offside on Saturday).

Whether Lita will be fit or not I don't think he will start. Zigic has to start to mix things up a bit and give something for the defenders to worry about. It has been too easy for defenders recently against Blues at Stans.

Elsewhere, Spector is fit, he is one of Clark's favourites so he may find a place in the side for him, be it at right back or in midfield.

Darren Ambrose is another that has surely got to be in the thoughts of Clark. Problem with him is I don't think Clark knows where his best position is. Wide midfield, central midfield or off a striker...

Very frustrating at the moment being a Blues fan. We know this team is capable of playing well but at the moment we are consistently inconsistent which is why Blues fans are fed up, which will probably show in the attendance tomorrow night.

Only time we looked like scoring Saturday was when zigic came on!

Butland

Davies Caldwell ibanez

Spector. Murphy

Fahey Morrison

Ambrose

Zigic. Lovenkrands

Yes it's a change in system but I think this would work, when you look at our players the defence struggles against pace having an extra man at the back would be a big help!

Murphy likes to attack and would be a great wing back even at premier league level in my opinion! Spector is average all round probably our most consistent player rarely loses the ball but rarely does anything productive with it either but he likes to support when playing there and until caddis/carr are back would do a good job even Burke could play there in my opinion.

Midfield love to know why fahey is always on the bench? Maybe he's one of the players against Clark and his methods that rumours talk about? He didn't even make bench Saturday and I maybe wrong but I don't remember hearing about an injury! I feel ambrose will work in the free role and we will see the best of him.

Zigic and lovenkrands will be our best partnership little and large, lita doesn't touch the ball much and doesn't get involved in build up play it chase the ball back and we need that at the minute and marlon king is a huffy offside merchant who mainly stands with his hands on his hips!

Might completely fail as a tactic but in my opinion we have the players to do it and it helps in defence and forward areas extra man in both and 5 midfield when wingbacks push up!

I'm starting to come to the conclusion that LC only likes players that are "yes men". If someone stands up to him or questions his decisions then they end up cast aside. This happened with Morrison until he got himself into a corner and realised the guy has to play, not it looks like Fahey is being excluded. I heard that he said something LC didn't like after the Barnsley game.

We are seriously struggling to play the ball from the back this season and we end up hoofing the ball up to Marlon he doesn't seem to want to work to win the ball this season, wants it all on a plate for him. This comes from players like Mullins being in the midfield.

We need a good performance and a win tonight, we need to create chances, I think we had two shots on target against Ipswich at home, this is NOT good enough.

We have the worst goals ratio in the first half in the championship. Just 4 goals.
Thank you Mr Clark.
Our once proud home record is in tatters.
Thank you Mr Clark.
Our already average attendances are creeping slowly to all time lows. Thank you Mr Clark.
The atmosphere is completey flat, stale, non-existent.
Thank you Mr Clark.
The players don't know what they're supposed to be doing. The performances reflect this.
Thank you Mr Clark.
For the first time in donkeys years, I really don't want to go down Stans and watch another awful shambles of a football team managed by a pretender who is obviously well out of his depth.
Thanks an effin million Mr Clark.
A very big, fat thank you Mr Clark for ruining the hopes, dreams and aspirations of thousands of Bluenoses within a few weeks. The sooner you are sacked, hung, drawn and quartered and your head stuffed on a pole and mounted by the Kop carpark gates as a warning to other pretenders, the quicker this fine club can move swiftly away from the relegation end of the table.
Apart from that I would go along with BCFC's line up except I'd play Fahey along side Morrison.

Mullins, Robinson, Elliot.

Goals, goals, goals tonight methinks (not).

Solid result. sounds like we squandered a lot of chances though. We need to string together a few wins and we could be back in the playoff chase. Burkey got his mojo back and eventually Ziggy has got to score.

Good performance last night I thought.

We played the ball a lot better. Created a lot of chances and a 4 or 5 goal win would not have flattered us.

I still think we are missing Fahey even though Mullins had a haf decent game, rumour is he has falon out with Clark after having a big row with Mcdermot.

Also heard that Paladini is expecting an answer from the board within 72 hours and is expects good news. Not sure how true it is but just passing on information.

Good result and performance more where that came from please but don't go overboard on praise that was bristol citys 6th defeat on the trot and you could see why they were absolute rubbish probably the worst team i can remember at st.andrews!

You can only beat whats in front of you though and if we can keep it up he may win a few people over but i'd still sack him now given the choice!!

Rumour about fahey i heard was he said clark's tactics werent working and needed to change things at half time against huddersfield and was taken off and not played since......
