Great for bulking. Carbs and fats are as important if not more important than protein when building muscle.

The body requires a huge amount of energy to build more muscle, fats are very calorie dense and carbs are most readily metabolised.


But most importantly for me...........its so cheap! 1 scoop of vanilla whey, 500ml of whole milk and a hand full of strawberries blitzed up hmmmmmmm I might go have one now
