I have been reading quite a bit on this recently and Im still undecided. I eat 2-3 cans of tuna every day and have been for the past 9 months yet I feel fine.
Should I get myself checked out?

Im eating so much because whey is not filling for me.
Im take two shakes a day (2scoops in each) but tuna helps my ratios massively.

Use your Whey for other things rather than just shakes

I take a shake at 5am before workout and the other about an hour before bed.
During the day I eat but its carb-heavy (veg/couscous/etc) so I eat tuna to up the protein.

Yeah, an hour or two before. I just said that
Why?

^Because some people talk about Whey being a fast absorbed protein whereas at night you need "slow-released protein" such as casein otherwise you become "catabolic".
FYI I don't believe this as studies have shown that in order to become catabolic it takes 24hrs of no nutrient consumption.

I regularly have Cottage cheese and RYVITA for breakfast. Low GI and Casein protein....Got a bit fed up with that, so now have a handful of Almonds that I stick in my pocket.

Does anybody use the liquid egg whites that you can buy in cartons?
Nearly all protein and really low calories
