Brewers Match Predictor (17): Cheltenham

Regardless of our long midweek trip to Plymouth, I think Cheltenham will have too much for us.

Sounds like we've got a few injuries with Webb and Mags both looking doubtful and McCrory suspended. Getting Palmer involved will be good, agree we need to see more of Paterson and fingers crossed Billy will find his scoring boots.

Cheltenham 2 - 2 Brewers

They're a good side who I fancy to go up automatically this season. A tough one, so

This will be a tough I don't think we'll win. I'm going to be optimistic thugh and settlefor a 2-2 daw.

That should have said 2-2 draw.

i think Cheltenham will have too much for us, with our strikers poor form and being starved of decent service.

Cheltenham have an established squad steadily built by Mark Yates since his arrival. I think they are strong contenders to end the season in the automatic promotion places.

Cheltenham 4 Brewers 0.

Unfortunately, I cannot see us getting anything out of this game. I think that Cheltenham will have too much for us. I will go for a 3.1 defeat. (I hope that I am wrong though)

Great game, very unlucky not to get at least a point. Good to see we started with two up front. Defence was brilliant, Stanno was my man of the match with a fantastic performance at left back. Zander and Holness won everything and O'Connor was exceptional. Loved the way Dyer and Palmer threw themselves into everything and I thought we had a brilliant goal, when in my opinion Paterson sprung the off side trap and scored a beauty. Good to see Billy coming on and getting involved. All in all a great away performance, and a game that Cheltenham didn't deserve to win.

Its nice to hear first hand info on the match DerbyYellow . Ok we did not win but it is great to hear we did not go down without a fight. So much better than last season Brewers. Iam looking forward to the next two home games. We are still sitting around the top of the table and if we keep up the same work rate we sould be picking up some points.

Good luck on Thursday Brewers.

Come on you Brewers.

Morning all. Now I have got over my over indulgent weekend in Bristol I can comment on the match!

Overall an exciting and excellent game, played by two committed teams who duelled with each other until eventually a scrappy mistake led to the goal.

Defence was positively brilliant. Zander and Holness are a fantastic partnership and I would agree with DY, Stanno was man of the match and didn't give McGlashan a look in. There were three incidents which didn't go our way:

1. Paterson waited and waited and didn't make his move until after Dyer had played the ball through, latched onto it and scored really well - for me it was a goal.

2. A good shot from I believe Dyer was handballed by a Cheltenham defender - penalty.

3. Zebroski elbowed Diamond - who had him in his back pocket all afternoon - red card he wouldn't have been on the pitch to score.

If one of those three decisions had gone our way, we would have at least got a point if not more.

Brilliant stuff Brewers, passion and determination, good to see.
