Just like Albirossi I tend to look at teams that now have our guys - but why did he not mention Burnley for Stock? Some are getting regular starts (eg Gillet), but the following interest me:
Billy Sharp - I do not partake in Twitter or FaceBook (I'm a modern Luddite) so I still wonder why he left the Saints. Looking at the table, maybe he made a good move! Perhaps he was told he was not a starter. At first under Sean he did not start at Forest.
Brian Stock - it took him some time to start, but he seems to be taken off in most games - fitness, or what?.
Copps - must be the most expensive bench-warmer in the Championship. As I've said before, he was the most frustrating of players - at times brilliant, but at other times invisible. However, I'd love him in our League One team (if his mind played 90 minutes a game) as we need that inspiration in mid-field.
George Friend is an inspiration for everyone inside and outside of football. I cannot remember any employee - in any business - thinking the problems of a previous employer are more important than his/her immediate gain. I wish all the best for his future, and anyone who is dear to him.

Most of the match winning players flit in and out of games dont they. look at Bennett as a clasic example, but it is that moment of brilliance that wins games.
Coppingers' class would shine like a beacon in League One, as it did last time we were here.
The problem would be that he and Cotterill play a similar role and Cotterill is doing well for us and scores more goals (so far).
On the other hand Coppinger works harder up and down the right side, backing up the full back behind him and also gets behind the opposition defence to cut back crosses more than Cotterill does.
Mickey Walker once told me that he would like to see Coppinger playing just behind a main striker so possibly we could fit him into the team in that role, if he wanted to come back.
With Cotterill and Bennet both missing over the last couple of games we do look to have been short of creative quality players.

Lanza mate - you are entitled to your opinion.
Others may agree with me of course.

I would say 95% agree with you hound,i except that without issue.Majorities arnt always right though.I think by now you know I bear the player no harm or ill feeling.I watched Stuar Downing play for Liverpool last night, and in my humble opinion, our man is a working mans Stuart Downing,Looks good but nothing happens. We will probably always disagree, but when he returns I do hope he plays to his undoubted ability and I will be among the first to praise him.

Don't think i could bear it Lanza if you started praising 26. I think you must be in the boozer or just left it after your customary gallon of Cherry B and Vimto. You 26 and praise are not 3 words you could bring yourself to string together in a sentence i'm sure

Gorgeous George had a fantastic game last night for Borough. I remember sitting in front of an idiot at Millwall and all he did was criticise George from start to finish I hope he was watching him play last night.
