fixtures and squad

Just looked at our fixtures and right up to end of January we play every 3/4 days in all comps, I really don't think our squad is good enough to do well in all of them, we are struggling in the premiership, so the point I'm making, do we just forget about everything except the premiership ie rest all main players or do the opporsite in pursuit of the elusive throphy.
