Staying quiet

Over the last couple of years Forest and the media, both local and nationally have been very vocal about Forests desire to spend "big" money in the transfer market and many targets have been put up for purchase, no doubt some that were real and others that were figments of various imaginations.

Perhaps this year they will learn and stay quiet until the deals are done. It may save them money(publicity raises transfer fees and wage demands and also alerts other clubs) which may in turn mean that we have a better chance of getting the players to sign and play for what will be, come August, a side with real promotional aspirations.
