i am reading the bbc website and so much talk about one goal. when i saw the goal i thought ok good goal but its lucky as well because he jumped and kicked and didnt know what he is doing. me and you can score this goal if we tried with some luck. in previous season manyor figuro and tim howard scored fantastic goals and irish player won fifa best goal of the year but they didnt become world class after one goal.

The very best goal ever was scored in 1986 by none other than the greatest ever: Diego Armando Maradona. Enuff said. Ibra's one was beyond amazing tho... can't fathom those tht look down on such beautiful goal. Envy?

In Ibrahimovic's goal there was less luck involved than in most long range shots that are usually chosen as "best shots", and a lot more athleticism.
But I agree that the best goals are those who are achieved through combination play and skills on the ball.
