Benteke shows twice that he has little ambition. Firstly signing for villa then declaring his love of mediocrity by wanting to sign for arsenal. And htf can you confuse bham & london show some ambition and at least say spurs son

He never even said that, it's just the media twisting things.. what he actually said was he liked arsenal as a kid and admired thierry henry

Paul Lambert has come out and rubbished the reports, I think it is pathetic that they twisted his words. Also the guy isn't an idiot, not 6 months into signing for a new club and you declare you want to play for a club in the same division is not something even the Scottish would do, however it seems the Swede's do...

He actually said "I hate playing for Villa but my stupid agent made me sign a contract. Hopefully I can move to Arsenal, it's my best ever chance of getting signed by Manchester City"
