Dear ja606,
It appears that this competition is causing issues on certain club boards and with certain users.
I took on this competition at the request of a significant number of posters, and those that participate are enjoying it and appreciate the time and effort that I am putting in.
Obviously, I am aware that Prediction Competitions aren't for everyone. Because of this I worked with the Admins at the beginning to try and minimise the impact this competition would have in terms of numbers of threads.
The result was that there is just 1 (ONE) main thread which is tagged to the club boards of those taking part. The Admins boost the thread a couple of times a week. This results in the thread returning to the top of the club boards.
Please can you just filter me if this is a problem to you. There is no need for personal insults, as I am genuinely not offended if you filter me.
I am hopeful that the Admins will develop a different way of managing this next season. 'Sticky Threads' (which is what this is), will need some development from the Admins, and I am aware they are looking at this when they get approval to do updates to ja606.
To those who are participating, I thak you for your on-going support. To those who don't like this type of thing, I am sorry, but I have really tried to minimise the impact of running a season-long competition.
Yours
CEF

I cannot work out how plain daft these people are. For goodness sake, the thread itself is quite obvious from the title, yet somehow these objectors to its very presence must somehow feel that they have to click on the thread - probably because they are so paranoid that they think that people are using CEF's fantastic prediction league as a vehicle to insult them.
Well, they're are not.
Apart from Ramdini, whose a pillock.

I applaud uniCEF's initiative, and am glad that so many are enjoying playing. I don't wish to myself, and would like to filter him out (having seen that he would not be offended by this), but cannot find out how to do so.
Perhaps Admin could advise...?

Is there any truth in the rumour that if you filter Admin1, they can't banninate you?

CEF, ignore them. If the don't like this comp then obviously they have the option to either filter or ignore what you're doing. If the can't work that out, then that's their problem and without doubt not yours.
Thanks for bringing something interesting to the site..
