David Moyes got asked about Fellaini's future in January & he simply said if Everton continue to progress, Fellaini would want to be apart of that. If he didn't want to sell him then he would of said Everton will not sell or Fellaini would be a Everton player come 1st February regardless of whatever happens. However, it seems like if we put in a good bid of around £20m-£30m then Everton could be willing to accept. Fellaini would be a good replacement for Lampard.
A striker is also needed in January. The most popular option is Falcao as his on everyone's lips, of course I'd love him to join us but £48 million is a bit too much and he could be Shevchenko number 3 after him and Torres. Falcao over the past 3 seasons has done nothing but score goals which we're lacking. January isn't the best time to buy so therefore, if we believe we shouldn't sign anyone like Falcao in winter then I iwould consider bringing back Lukaku back from loan then attempt to bring in Falcao in the summer.

I would rather us sign a striker in January as Sturridge & Torres aren't firing. We've got Torres who never shoots and Sturridge who is wasteful. If we don't decide to sign a striker in January for whatever reason then I'd have us promote Piazon/Feruz/Bamford into first team squad or bring back Lukaku as his showed signs of improvement.

Please don´t say that.
The thought of us not bringing in a new striker this January sends shivers down my spine.

Huntelaar & Ba are good cheap options for January.

It is extremely necessary to sign a striker in January.

I would take either of those to be honest, especially Ba.
Huntelaar is an interesting one. I always thought he was going to be a world star although he flopped at both Real Madrid and AC Milan.
Having said that I´d still give him a chance at Chelsea for the right price even if it´s just as a good squad player.

Huntelaar aging a bit thuogh, then again goal-poachers usually score goals right through their career

Sign up Shane Long. Quality player would knock them in with our players behind him

Long isn't that good, he isn't a goalscorer, runs alot, good pace, but we can do much better than him

Difference is Falcao is on top of his game, yet to peak.
When we signed Shevchencko he was thirty and on the downward slope likewise with Torres past his peak/best on the downward slope.
