With the win yesterday we have now gone 7 games unbeaten and things are starting to look up. It also caused me to see this interesting stat:
This is only the 3rd time Liverpool have gone unbeaten for 7+ games in the Premier league since finishing 2nd in 2008/09

As has been said already, the ONLY team that has outplayed us this year was arsenal.
We are better than our points tally.

I agree lucas but reading the stat i just can't believe how quickly we fell from potential title contenders to not even being able to go 7 games without losing.

We have the defence and midfield to compete. We also have a striker, but the supporting forwards are not quite there yet....sterling is rapidly adding himself to that though

keep this form going till january and we could be right up there. then buy a decent striker and that may well prove to be the difference for us

If we stay unbeaten through Swansea and Spurs I will start to believe that 4th is really plausible (and win one of them)
Right now I think 4th is possible, but highly unlikely.
