Having FINALLY found the time to watch some highlights of yesterday's race, I've got to say this new US circuit is amazing!
It was obvious how much the drivers loved going round it, and seeing such top class racing from everyone on the grid was fantastic, although Vettel really needs to get his attitude together if he wants to be considered one of the best, regardless of how many titles he wins.
After all the boring parade routes that have been slapped onto the calendar in recent years, to have a circuit like this spring up is unbelievable.
Absolutely delighted with Hamilton winning, even more so to see Alonso keeping the title fight alive til Brazil.
Fantastic race, Austin. Here's hoping you can keep this up next year.
What a Circuit

I liked the circuit as well and I am delighted that the WDC decider is the last race.
The states is a great place to visit and Bernie sugested that they should host the same number of races as Europe. If they had one on the west coast I would definitely go there. Not sure about Texas though.

martial, it was the way he instantly started whining to his team when Hamilton passed him for the lead.
I know other drivers can get a bit shirty as well, but Vettel seems to have a problem with just putting his head down and getting on with it.
It happened in Hungary too. He was behind Button and couldn't overtake him, so he demanded that the team do something about it.

It was a great race and a fantastic weekend.
Xiggly I'm surprised you saw nothing wrong with Vettel's childish outburst. I can bet my mortgage that if it was Hamilton that said what he did, you would have created an article slating him

tall and use
i watched vettel interviewed after the race and his frustration was directed more at karthakayan for holding him up that enabled lewis to get by ,
i tend to cut the drivers a bit of slack when they are in the heat of battle as obviously there frustrations tend to get them a little animated , in fairness i would imagine most of them have that tendency under extreme pressure as vettel was at the time -

man utd devil
i allways call it as i see it manx , when you have seen drivers with more intelligence and ability than lewis as i have it is hard for me to cream my pants over him in the way the hamelots did on the old bbc606 ,
this season he has kept out of trouble on the track and drove some solid races - fair play to him for that -

Hamelots?
A member by that name has never posted on this F1 forum.
Football perhaps but not F1.
F1 requires a certain amount of intelligence.

Martial, Lewis had a poor season by his exceptionally high standards last year but this year, he would have been in the championship mix were it not for reliability issues.
James Allen did some excellent analysis on the points he lost due to bungled pit stops and reliability and he would actually have roughly about 80 points more than what he's got now.
He's been excellent this season, has matured really well and will soon have the full force of a Mercedes factory behind him.
Next year may not happen for him but the future is bright
