It is quite shocking, but at the same time, the last two times Roman's done this it's ended up paying off massively. Whether the change shakes up the squad through shock, or he truly is a perceptive genius i dunno...... but i'll reverse my judgement of this until the end of the season, which will take something from the next manager as Robbie was furfilling all my criteria.

As for the man himself, he'll be fine.

yeah i know i think most chelsea fans were behind rdm, i just dont know what roman actually wants from a manager, win the cl and fa cup, then be 3rd in the league, sacked, what manager has a chance.

Im just gna say I'm not adverse to having Rafa as a manager. He's not a clown like some people suggest on here but the way this has all come about is sickening.Rival fans may laugh but for a Chelsea fan, its sickening to see what happened last night and how everything transpired.
