As a UK citizen I will be asking my MP to look into how this "information" was consistently and maliciously leaked.
I will also ask him to find out why it took so long to get an answer and the reason for HMRC declining an offer of £11 million from the Murray Group.
This whole thing stinks, we cannot and should not attempt to change our position in the leagues but there are people out there who's lies and smears have indirectly led to the liquidation of my club. If Lord McAlpine can go after people for retweeting then it is not unreasonable for Rangers fans to expect civil servants who have broken the confidentiality agreement of the tribunal to put out false rumours to be sacked and prosecuted.
And as for wee Whytey, well he'll not be back on Edmiston Drive anytime soon I presume.....

It's unbelievable that the biggest reason no one outwith whyte would buy us , is now shown to be a debt we were not liable for
Absolutely shocking

Rangers as a club have been victims of one of the most shocking bloodlusts a football club has seen
----------
Really?
By who other than HMRC?
The investigations by the SFA/SPL on duel contracts is entirely justified now it has emerged that separate 'letters' have been named as part of this investigation.
The state your club got itself into was not due to a bloodlust - rather mismanagement of epic proportion.
I think you would be as well looking at those who put the previous club in an untenable position rather than a scattergun on "just who thought Rangers were guilty"

It wasnt mismanaged though was it? The EBT's were managed lawfully
-------------------
Yes on the whole they were but there are still 36 counts of EBT's being mis managed as reported by the courts of the 111 that were filed for investigation.
There is also the fact that this was against the 'Big' tax case. Rangers already admitted guilt in the 'little' tax case and also have shown to have completely ignored paying tax and NI last season so while this is good news on the EBT front, it hardly admonishes the club of all the issues of the past.
As for the SPL stripping titles again that was media spin and until proof is found that duel contracts exist then no more than that.
-----------
Had people held their horses and waited for a verdict, the situation would be entirely different.
