Just a shame he lost the title that night, seeing as WCW were so intent on sucking Hogan's python all the time to keep him onside.
Savage was always more deserving than Hogan and its a crime that he had to spend so much of his career putting over someone far less talented than he was.

Savage unfortunately came around in a time when wrestling needed golden boys like Hogan, Luger etc. By far the better technical wrestler and so much more fun to watch. Sadly missed, and a crime he never had the profile he deserved. RIP Randy.

There was rumours going round that he had intimate relations although breif, with Vince's 17 year old daughter, thats why they had a falling out. Hopefully Vince will be able to see above all that for the superb wrestler he was.
