Half Season Tickets.

I got my wonderful half season ticket pamphlet yesterday, Its still a pretty good offer at £149 for 11 games. The question(s) is/are.... Will a fair few be sold due to lack of Kean? A fair few folk seemed to say they would get one if Kean went (thankfully he has) will attendences rise slightly, moderatly or greatly? Will some of you guys be purchasing one?
I think I may well get one. Need to check the bank balance.

£13.55 a game. Not too bad. Still considering it.

Said I would but finances aren't the best at the moment after 2 holidays in a matter of weeks. Not looked at the pamphlet properly but if they have a pay £25 a month option I'll no doubt do that.

I'm gonna be fickle and go off the results in the next 8 games before deciding.

I'd have got one without question if Venkys didn't keep putting the prices up. I mean ok the price is still very good but this is whats happened to the price per game this season (Blackburn End prices):

April - £9.78
Summer - £11.26
Christmas - £13.55

Under normal circumstances I can understand the thought process, the earlier you committ, the better the price. But the brass neck on Venkys increasing any price when you consider what they've done to this club is incredible.

Most fans still want them hung from the highest tower in Blackburn, and yet they think its a good time to start making a bit more money. So personally I'm trying to decide whether Rovers deserve my support more than Venkys don't deserve it.

I kind of agree B&w. The way I look at it is if I buy a season ticket Venky's will get **** all of it. It is just absorbed into the club. They also seem to be being quiet at the moment and Shebby's keeping his trap shut too. Maybe they are learning and we will just have to live with it. Its like Green and Blacks being owned by Kraft, or Boddingtons been made in Wales You just have to take it.

Well, you don't have to take it. You can continue to protest financially and verbally if you feel its still warranted. Venkys have shown some signs of improvement sacking Kean and spending money on Rhodes. But they've still spent less than they've made on transfers, they've replaced one clown in Anderson for another in Shebby. And the only way Berg's appointment can be explained is that doing someone a favour gives you control over them.

I wouldn't be too quick to forgive and forget. Venkys haven't changed that much in my opinion and could still have some nasty surprises for us.

Totally agree again Sir. I just think its time to maybe meet half way and get a half season ticket. I get bored without my days out. Its about the only worthy excuse I have to go on an all dayer now.
