I said exactly this yesterday as soon as I heard RDM had been sacked. I know it is only the Sun reporting it but it so like us and our heirarchy.
Fair play to RDM if true, he could see where the problem lies even if our board and owner refuse to pull their heads out of each others arses.

I hope you are right. The fans have been waiting since Torres signed for a return of some sort of form that he showed under Benitez.
I actually like Torres and would love him to prove all the doubters wrong, me included, I just think his confidence has taken too much of a beating for one man to make much difference anymore.
I also do not like the way that the team and club is being moulded around and on the back of one players ability and reputation..........regardless of the cost.
If a manager at this club is not allowed to manage then why the fark are we bothering to employ one.
